Birthday 2008

Well, it’s that time of year again (so fast?!?!) I’m another year older and definitely wiser.

Unlike the previous year, this year was much more happening. Woke up to a wonderful morning. No traffic jams, excellent breakfast and nothing much to do at the office.

The night before my colleagues and I went to the karaoke to celebrate. We screamed out lungs out. Yup that’s right. Screamed. Occasionally we sang. It was fun, hilarious and relaxing.

Today, the company bought me a cake. Imagine my horror when I opened the box and saw this…

Who is Jacob?!?! I guess I have to live with the fact that my name will never be spelt correctly.

Birthday 2007

It’s that time of year again. Another year older, and I hope, another year wiser. I also found a new best friend. It’s my bank. Why? Well, they’re the first ones to wish me happy birthday. Sheesh… what happened to all my friends?!

Don’t ask me what my birthday wishes are. I’m just happy I’m still alive. With all the goings on around the world, you should always count your blessings. If Acts of God or Mother Nature don’t kill you, your goverment will… with their idiocies.

Now why would I be so negative on my birthday, you asked. Nothing really. Woke up early with a bad headache and I had to wait 2 weeks for the next episode of Naruto Shippuuden. Dang!

Oh well, time for breakfast courtesy of mommy dearest. Happy Birthday to me!
