Health

September 23rd, 2007 Posted in @Personal

I got my health profile last week. Guess what? I’m fit as a fiddle with the exception of the high protein and cholesterol level.

When I went to get my health checked, my only concern was my blood sugar level because diabetes runs in the family. But with the report in hand, I was told to cut down on my meat intake (high protein), eat less “rich” food (cholesterol) and drink more water (usual la…). I was wondering what she meant by rich food. My meals seem pretty “poor” to me.

Anyway, I also realised that I have not been taking panadols (or aspirins) for a while now, which is a good thing. I guess my health is really improving.

So should I now pass over the chicken stroganoff with spaghetti and beer?

Nah… I think I’ll survive just this one.
